Taraksh Smart Kids’ ABACUS-Brain Development Program is a comprehensive program designed for children in the age group of 4 to 14 years old. Through our carefully curated programs on Brain Development, children develop an ease with numbers and a new perspective on how math works. Once students master manipulating the beads of the Abacus, they are trained to visualize the Abacus and ‘picture’ the beads moving which helps them engage the right side of the brain that is responsible for intuition and creative thinking. A building block that is essential and that replaces the physical Abacus in the child’s mind is the ability to perform Visual Arithmetic. As opposed to numerals, the calculations are visualized as beads on the Abacus.
